The Event Management Service supports the day of the wedding by coordinating the vendor in and out times, completing tablescapes and accent tables and providing direction for potential questions.

You, nor your parents or siblings will have to manage your wedding.

Coordination Support ends when the dances/speeches are complete. Service begins (30) days prior to the wedding date.

Your wedding will be engaging, a thrill that ignites great conversation, countless picture moments and more! It is a day that you will end faster than you planned for it. Post Wedding Brunches are a way to invite family who have traveled from far to spend more time before they leave. Brunch is a filling time of day that wakes you up from a night full of fun and alcohol! Host it at your home, the hotel where the room block was created or at a fun venue that is closest to your heart. Either way, this 2 - 3 hour event is a perfect close to your wedding weekend.

Ceremony Rehearsal (the day of)

$250 plus taxes

The planner will arrive an hour prior to your wedding service start time to complete a rehearsal with the music.

This service covers 2 -3 runs of the wedding party only without the parent and grand parent processional.

Ceremony Rehearsal (the day before)

starting $550 plus taxes

The planner will arrive the day prior any time prior to 6:30 PM to complete a rehearsal with the music.

This service covers 2 -3 runs of the wedding party. It is customary for the couple to attend their rehearsal dinner after.

Ceremony Rehearsal (three days before)

starting $350 plus taxes

The planner will arrive any time prior to 2:30 PM to complete a rehearsal with the music.
