General Questions & Answers

Are any of these meetings in person?

All meetings are virtual or over the phone, except the Final Venue Walkthrough. To maintain the cost effectiveness of the service, we maintain a virtual meeting structure.

Can I add a Ceremony Rehearsal?

Yes. Add a Ceremony Rehearsal 1 to 2 days prior to the Wedding Day

Fee: $500 plus mileage and contractual fees.

Can I add Event Tear Down Services, and what does that include?

Yes. 

Fee: $5 per person

Reception Tear Down Services includes the removal of table linens + napkins, removal + packaging of personal decoration elements & end of evening liaison for venue closing procedures.

Can the coordinator maintain the trash, ice and/or food service (replenishing the buffet, cut and plating of desserts and/or wedding cake)?

We are happy to recommend event staff (if applicable). However, your coordinator will not handle any food or trash.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

We do not have a preferred vendor list. Every recommendation we provide is suggested based on the personality of the couple. If we can recommend a service that fits you and the vendor, we will.

Can I call or text with my ideas or thoughts that come to mind?

Questions regarding upcoming meetings can be initiated via email - events@fancylaneweddings.com. A response will be provided within 1 - 2 business days.

Will my planner be the coordinator / one of my coordinators?

We have a Planner - Coordination Structure. Your planner details the event. The coordinator(s) execute the event.
